Incoming goods & quality check: You receive goods and equipment for event catering and check everything thoroughly for quantity, quality, MHD / in-use-bis date as well as the general condition according to our quality specifications. Event Logistics & Construction: You actively support the up and down of events and ensure that the required equipment and the goods arrive on time and safely at the site of use. Warehouse Logistics & System Care: You fill out the storage papers correctly, store the goods safely and control the booking in the four-eye principle into our goods management system including digital storage. Relocation & Returns: You plan relocations, report and document them, make the implementation safe and handle goods losses and returns professionally. Order & standards: You consistently comply with all operational, legal and HACCP requirements and quality standards. Cleanliness & security: You care for a clean warehouse, free running paths, easy accessibility and correct labelling of all goods. Stock & inventory: You conduct sample-like inventory analyses (including digital storage) and take the preparation and execution of sample, quarter and year inventory. Complaint management: In close cooperation with the teams from Purchasing and Food Management, you process complaints quickly and solution-oriented.
