As a company of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH takes over central tasks in the field of development, strengthening and marketing of the business and experience location Bremen. The WFB supervises, advises and supports companies in commercial settlements, develops and markets commercial areas and provides real estate. In addition, the WFB explores possibilities for innovative projects, creates networks, moderates development processes and establishes the right contacts when it comes to regulatory enforcement procedures or the search for cooperation partners. As a convinced Bremen ambassador in terms of the quality of life and economic attractiveness, WFB supports the tourist marketing of Bremen and takes care of the successful positioning of Bre-mens in the global location competition. We are looking for the Business Promotion and Commercial Services division in the Real Estate and Construction department in the Team Development as soon as possible

for 40 hours. In the development team we develop the infrastructural foundations for new commercial and industrial areas in Bremen. Together with the Kaufmännische Projektsteuerung team, we manage demanding construction and infrastructure projects from the first project idea to the planning and approval to the structural implementation. The basis of our work is the business development programme Bremen 2030 (GEP 2030). Our goal is to create attractive and sustainable business locations. Through space-efficient planning approaches, joint infrastructures, innovative mobility concepts as well as the integration of modern energy and media supply, we develop industrial areas that meet the requirements of climate change as well as the needs of modern companies. Thus we make an important contribution to the sustainable economic development of Bremen and create the conditions for new jobs in the region.
