You eliminate disturbances and reinstall devices on site according to customer specifications. You carry out rollouts, IT moves or migrations and work closely with colleagues in the team. You will take care of the physical connection and installation of the hardware as well as the upgrade and adaptation of IT equipment according to instructions. Your work orders are partially reflected in the ticket system. You are responsible for the support, delivery and installation of PCs, laptops and printers.

You have acquired a completed technical training, retraining or in practice, proven comparable knowledge and skills. You have basic knowledge in Microsoft Client, operating systems and corresponding hardware. You are communicative and curious to get to know the latest technologies? No problem, we are very happy to support you in continuing training. A driving licence class 3/B would be desirable. Good B2 German and good English skills complete your profile.
