Consultation and support of our member companies in individual and collective labour law, from start-up to termination of employment Processing of complaints and decision-making before the labour and regional courts Negotiations with works councils and unions

Enthusiasm for labour law, ideally deepening by elective or professional experience Knowledge of individual and collective labour law Basic knowledge of social law of advantage Experience in the labour law counselling of employers Safe occurrence in the labour and regional labour courts Experience in the process representation in Klag and Decision Procedures Negotiating skills in dealing with works councils and trade unions Willingness to talk and public relations Ideally attributable professional experience in labour law (law, association or company) Analytical and structured operation with practical solutions Ability to understand complex labour law issues Teamability and good economic understanding
