You design the everyday pedagogical life in which children take advantage of their potential, work in teaching and individual learning as well as in the design of free-time educational offers and the holiday programme with You work closely with the teachers and cooperation partners within the class level, in meaningful interconnection between the teaching and the educational offerings In addition, You coordinate the pedagogical processes of several employees within one class level and are the contact person for all organizational and pedagogical questions and are in close contact with the institution management.
