Overall economic responsibility for the Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein region Strategic management of our projects in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg including management of employees Self-employed acquisition in the field of urban services and refurbishment Preparation and presentation of offers and topics in committees and committees Development of integrated urban planning concepts Responsible management and processing of urban projects / urban development measures, including funding management, project controlling and participation procedures Consultation of municipalities, citizens, investors and other third parties Product development and conversion

Completed studies e.g. urban, regional and spatial planning, as well as other disciplines combined with relevant professional experience in the care of complex urban renewal and/or urban development projects Knowledge and experience in the systematics of German urban development funding in Schleswig-Holstein and/or Hamburg Power of persuasion, enforcement and negotiation skills Understanding communicative policy processes and administrative action Good knowledge of procurement law, general and special city building law and experience in a leadership role are of advantage Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and action
