Head of Management Systems (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the technical, disciplinary, organizational and business management of the staff department Management Systems with around 8 employees Leadership, development and motivation of the specialist (personal and professional) Conception, implementation and continuous development of an integrated management system (IMS) Advising the management and all executives in quality issues Planning and implementation of internal and external audits and monitoring of administrative audits Analysis of audit results and management assessments and derivation and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Ensuring the company-wide introduction, application and further development of all relevant management processes Control of measures to increase the performance of the IMS using appropriate key figures, audits and reporting structures Promoting a strong quality awareness across all organizational units and locations Takeover of group-wide quality management tasks and active participation in relevant bodies Responsibility for budget, cost and resource management within the department

Qualification: Completed university degree in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable engineering or scientific discipline Knowledge and experience: Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), laws and guidelines Additional quality in quality management would be an ideal addition Multiannual professional experience in quality management ideally desirable in regulated or safety-critical industries (e.g. energy, industry, disposal, nuclear technology) Experience in the implementation and management of internal or external audits (e.g. as an auditor) and leadership experience is advantageous Personal competencies: Analytical strength and experience in deriving and implementing improvements Impressed communication and consulting skills and enforcement skills Strategic thinking and experience in strategic and conceptual work Embossed process thinking combined with operational implementation strength Proactive, structured and result-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
