For our company headquarters in Coesfeld-Lette (near Münster) we are looking for

Senior Team Lead Photo Production (gn*)

You lead a team consisting of stylists, photographers and trainees, in close coordination with the Head of Photography The team is part of the Digital Business and produces all photos for the online shop You will ensure a smooth running in the studio and help build new workflow processes You work yourself as a product photographer in the photo studio, with and without a model at shootings and supported in production planning You conduct employee talks and organize team meetings You prepare data for the photo studio and support the Head of Photography in the further development of the image language You implement new photo studio projects/requirements with your team You support the development of the online shop in management rounds And are in exchange with adjacent specialist departments such as Pre Production & Post Production

You bring several years of professional experience as a leadership in the creative sector, ideally in photo studio management with You have a degree or training in photography You are an empathic leadership with communication strength, a good feeling for teamwork and problem solving skills. You have a good brand understanding and a very good feeling for high-quality visual language in fashion photography You bring an absolutely safe handling of technical photo studio devices (Sony, Briese, Broncolor, Profoto etc.) with You can think strategically and have gained experience in project management and can implement goals You have knowledge in dealing with the common office programs (especially Excel of Advantage) You are not afraid to communicate in English You are ready to work in the studio five days a week on site You own a class B license
