May 2025 a dedicated conference & event coordinator (m/w/d) who conducts and develops this area professionally, independently. Your tasks: Comprehensive support: From the first request to planning and feedback after the event you are the central contact person for our guests. Event management: You coordinate all events in our nine modern meeting rooms and make sure everything runs smoothly. New customer acquisition: You win new corporate customers through visits, telephone calls, mailings and social media campaigns. Customer Care: You build existing business relationships and make sure our guests come back and forth. Innovative ideas: You develop creative concepts to optimally present and position our conference offers on the market. This brings you with: Experience in Event Management: Ideally, you have already worked in the hotel industry or event industry. Communication strength: You convince customers with your open way and are a professional in the care of business customers. Organisational skills: You can also keep track of multiple events and ensure a smooth run. Sales competency: New customer acquisitions and the establishment of long-term business relationships make you happy. Digital affinity: You are safe in dealing with social media and modern communication channels. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English is required.
