To support our team in the Construction and Maintenance section, we are looking for you as a project manager (w/m/d).

Project responsibility and project-related planning, control and quality assurance for new construction, refurbishment and development measures as well as extensive conservation measures of the Lph 1- 8 transport system planning. HOAI Examination of design drafts as well as engineering services and the content and timing of design in the areas of object planning transport systems, engineering structures in the field of dewatering, traffic studies and geotechnical engineering Local management of construction monitoring including settlement of expansion and conservation measures in road construction Development and commissioning of freelance services in the areas Transport systems and engineering constructions in the field of dewatering, traffic investigations, search for combat agents when awarding to third parties

Successfully completed academic studies (Dipl.-Ing./Master) in the field of civil engineering or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience Relevant professional experience in the described task Funded knowledge of the construction site protection according to MVAS 99 / ZTV‐SA 97 / RSA 95 driving licence class B

That would be desirable: Deep user knowledge of the specialist software iTwo Funded knowledge in the planning, construction monitoring and tendering of construction and engineering services in the field of VOB, HVA B-StB, HOAI, AKVS, BauGB, BGB etc. Good computer skills

Group of charges: E13 The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
