Performance & Insights Excellence You control strategic decisions through sound performance analyses and guide data-based action recommendations for the continuous optimization of the guest experience on board and along all contact points

Understanding Guest Value & Experience You support the development of meaningful KPIs that make the satisfaction, loyalty and added value measurable for our guests and their impact on key business objectives transparent. This allows you to increase the Onboard Revenues sustainably

Analysis & KPI systems You design and implement modern analysis and dashboard solutions that make data accessible within the product management department and enable a clear view of experience and product performance

Business Storytelling You translate complex data and analysis into understandable, convincing decision-making bases and tell data-based stories that show potential for product and service innovations

Strategic Cooperation & Leadership You act as a savings partner for product management, guest experience, marketing and management, bring strategic impulses and have the opportunity to take responsibility for projects.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment (e.g. product management, customer experience, business analytics, consulting) Very good understanding of performance and ROI key figures, ideally in the context of customer experience, product or service development Experience in driving changes in complex organisations Embossed communication and presentation strength, even in complex analyses Very high analytical competence and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker or comparable) Remarkable: Basic knowledge of database queries and data warehouse structures (e.g. SQL) Strategic thinking, combined with hands-on mentality and high implementation strength Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience with financial or planning tools of advantage Proactive, structured way of working and joy in driving topics independently
