For our team “Control Energy” we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and qualified full-time power (39 hours per week) as the next time possible

For our 17-member team we are looking for reinforcement for risk controlling in the energy sector. It expects a challenging field of work at the interface of energy procurement, distribution and production as well as the central units of the company. In addition, we offer you an open, collegial cooperation with plenty of space for personal responsibility and professional exchange. Teamwork, transparency and constructive cooperation are particularly important to us.

Risk controlling energy: You take responsibility for risk controlling in the field of energy & production and keep in mind, in particular, energy procurement, energy distribution and the marketing of generated electricity. Risk Management & Methods: Use, maintain and develop existing instruments for detecting, evaluating and controlling energy risks. Reporting & Analyses: The creation, analysis and commentation of risk and result reports for electricity, gas and CO2 certificates is part of your everyday life as well as the maintenance of meaningful key figures reports. Limit Systems & Bonity: Market price and trading partner limits are designed, monitored and developed by you, including the credit assessment of market partners. Panel work: You prepare the meetings of the Risk Committee Energy, moderate them and accompany them in content – in close cooperation with the management. Projects & further development: In field-internal as well as company-wide projects with energy-economic reference, you bring your expertise or take over the project management. Interface Management: Regular, cross-departmental reporting to internal stakeholders as well as the support and development of internal risk guidelines complete your task profile.

This makes you think analytic, act structured and also keep complex relationships in mind. Your way of working: independent, result-oriented work as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Your communication: In addition to your high number and system affinity, you are convinced by communication strength. Complex facts explain you in a comprehensible and safe way – also in cross-area rounds such as the Energy Risk Committee. Your passion: You are interested in energy issues and are happy to work in a dynamic market environment. Your skills: Very good IT affinity, safe handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge in VBA, SAP or energy-efficient portfolio management systems. Your qualification: Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable, ideally focusing on controlling or risk controlling. Your experience: Professional experience in energy trading, risk controlling an energy supplier or in a comparable environment is advantageous.

Remuneration (13 salaries + premium) is based on the collective agreement of utilities (TV-V) and is based on the qualifications and professional experience gained. We are talking about this in our common knowledge. .
