In the three-year training, you will learn everything you need to get through as a service provider in the HZD: planning and configuring IT and communication technology, setting up, operating and managing IT systems and providing advice and action to users. You are part of a strong team. Your further development is important to us! We support you, for example, with exam preparation offers and workshops to keep you up-to-date personally and professionally.

You have at least one middle educational degree or (special) university degree with good grades in mathematics You have good knowledge of German and English You are interested in IT and public administration You have a quick understanding and can think logically. You are able to communicate and team.
