Self-responsibility in patient care within the central emergency Support, training and advice of care teams for specialist and interaction-specific care problems Methodological planning, management, implementation and evaluation of care science projects to ensure evidence-based, quality-secured care Creation and evaluation of research, data analysis and results reports including visual processing Quality and result orientation to improve outcomes for patients and professional family advice Preparation of Care Science Publications Interface work with quality management and other relevant departments

Completed training as a nurse or health care and nursing caregiver*in or health caregiver University degree (Bachelor, like Master) in nursing or health sciences or a related discipline Multiannual professional experience in the functional service of a central emergency room and well-founded expertise in the emergency care of patients Ideally completed specialist training in emergency care First experience in project management and strong commitment to the further development of nursing and interprofessional care Very good MS Office skills as well as analytical thinking skills and profound language and text skills Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and a pronounced quality and service awareness, communication strength and empathy Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
