Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Schwieberdingen You support our HR Business partners Partners and specialist departments in basic personnel topics and advises on labour law issues. You actively participate in the “Case Management” of personnel cases, in particular in situations requiring careful legal examination. In doing so, you contribute to the analysis and evaluation of measures that can be applied in consultation with executives. In addition, you accompany restructuring measures under labour and business constitutional requirements and actively participate in negotiations with employee representatives. You develop guidelines on labour law issues independently. Last but not least, you will get insights into company law issues and the associated interfaces to work law.

Education: Study of law with the first legal state exam, ideally focusing on labour law Experiences and know-how: safe in handling MS Office; practical experience, e.g. in a law firm or in the legal department of a company, is desirable; Basic knowledge of the right of establishment Personality and mode of operation: you capture complex facts quickly, work independently, structured and targeted; communication strength and team-abilities draw you out Enthusiasm: joy in cross-departmental cooperation; Interest in HR topics in a group that is changing Languages: very good German in word and writing, good English of advantage
