The disciplinary and professional leadership and further development of the cross-site team pay billing with 28 employees is your responsibility. Month per month, through a good work organization, you will ensure the timely and correct implementation of the salary bill for all employees of BARMER. Compliance with all legal, collective and operational regulations is guaranteed by structured processes and regular quality controls. Processes and workflows optimise you continuously and promote personal responsibility and cooperation in the team. You control specialist projects and act as an interface to other disciplines. The close cooperation with colleagues in the entire staff area will help you actively, service-oriented and binding.

You have completed commercial training with corresponding training in the field of personnel. Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in the field of business management or human resources management. Multiannual professional experience in the billing of pay is excellent, ideally in a company with a high number of employees. In addition, you have already gained extensive experience in managing a multi-site HR team. Funded knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and the Microsoft Office applications routinate in your daily work and develop the payroll accounting process and systemically through your digital affinity. You have well-founded expertise in wage tax, social security and labour law. Combine your structured, careful and solution-oriented operation with pronounced communication strength, interface competence and service orientation. Very good German knowledge of at least C1 level are of course for you and enable professional communication in the German-speaking working environment.
