Employee Production Planning / Production Control (m/f/d)

Planning, control and monitoring of a defined production area for generations at the Magdeburg site Creation and maintenance of production plans, SAP work plans and master data as well as communication of production status and key figures Ensuring the optimal use of personnel, materials and capacities, including large personnel and resource planning for the defined production area Analysis of production and production data for the continuous improvement of procedures, structures and efficiency Close cooperation with internal intersections and ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures, standards and business culture, as well as a frictionless flow of information Early detection of deviations in the production process and minimisation of production interruptions and risks

University degree or Master/Technical degree Multiannual professional experience as a production planner/taxer in the industrial environment Know-how in project work and interdisciplinary cooperation Advanced knowledge in SAP (ERP, MM, APO) and MS Office German (C2) and good English (at least B2) Organizational, team spirit, analysis and communication strength Enforcement and problem solving skills as well as selected decision and target orientations Structured work, self-initiative and stress resistance
