• Development of new project ideas You identify potentials and introduce suggestions for future projects in the Schott Minifab area.
• Structured project planning You assemble the project team, define project phases and milestones and create detailed time and budget plans.
• Project management You coordinate tasks, control part-project and work package managers and ensure the time, cost and quality implementation.
• Monitoring, documentation & reporting You continuously monitor the progress of the project, document results and report regularly to the Steering Committee and the line managers.
• Scientific and technical advice You act as a contact person for scientific and technical questions to customers, sales, development, production and quality.
• Customer support & complaint management You support complex customer requests, evaluate technical facts and support professionally informed processing of complaints. Your profile
• Successful degree You have a technical-nature, economic-scientific or spiritual studies.
• Multiannual experience in project management You bring 3-5 years of experience in the planning and implementation of projects, ideally as a subproject management or AP responsible*r.
• Knowledge of molecular biology/biochemistry You have a profound understanding of molecular biology or biochemistry.
• Very good English skills You communicate safely and safely in the international environment.
• Representative social and leadership skills You convince by communication strength, team orientation and methodological leadership.
• Versified handling of project management tools You have solid IT skills and master common project management tools.
