Do you already know OstWestfalenLippe GmbH? We are an innovative regional development agency for East Westphalia lip. From Bielefeld we manage a lot of concrete projects and campaigns to strengthen business, science, tourism and culture. We organise congresses, give inno­vation prices, organize regional presentations at national trade fairs and develop future-oriented lighthouse projects for OWL. With initiatives such as the KIT AI transfer project.OWL, we actively promote the use of artificial intelligence in companies – practical, networked and forward-looking. To strengthen our team we are looking for a:n Projektmanager (m/w/d) Location Bielefeld | part-time (30 hours) In the area of regional marketing, communication and strategy, you are responsible for the communication and visibility of all project activities in the KIT project.OWL – AI transfer offensive OstWestfalenLippe, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy NRW. The aim is, in particular, to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the use of artificial intelligence and to sustainably strengthen the AI transfer to the region.

Development, implementation and control of an action and communication concept for the project Planning and implementation of campaigns and measures Creation and coordination of target group-oriented content around AI applications, offerings and success stories (press releases, newsletters, website and content hub contributions, as well as social media content text, image, video) Processing and communication of AI transfer agents, project results and best practices Editorial accompaniment of events (including workshops, lab tours and the AI transfer congress) Participation in the design, maintenance and further development of the AI Content Hub OWL and activation of the target groups Close cooperation with project coordination and project management, partners from business and science as well as internal areas of expertise

Successfully completed university studies in the field of communication or media, public relations or alternatively a comparable qualification Very good understanding of AI trends and technologies in the economy and society, as well as the ability to work in complex technical contexts Knowledge and experience in press and public relations Very good knowledge of popular design and image processing programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and tools such as Canva or comparable programs) Experiences in handling CMS systems, e.g. Typo3 or WordPress Very good linguistic expressiveness and joy in writing Sovereign appearance, independent and streamlined functioning and awareness of responsibility Representative communication and organizational skills Creativity, team spirit and desire to actively contribute to new work processes Conceptual strength, solution orientation and hands-on mentality
