As a Senior Consultant/Senior Business Analyst (w/m/d), you contribute significantly to the successful development of software solutions and digital platforms for large, complex construction and infrastructure projects. Your location? You decide! Whether Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin or North Rhine-Westphalia – choose the location that suits you best. Analysis and coordination of business requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders Translation of business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications and close cooperation with development teams Coordination of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Monitoring of Implementation Analysis and optimization of business processes and development of efficient target processes Conducting data analyses and deriving recommendations Active customer support and development of customer relationships, including acquisition and delivery Support in project planning, monitoring of timetables, progress reports and taking over project responsibility in interdisciplinary teams

Complete study of (economic)informatics, (economic)ingenieurwesen, BWL with a focus on computer science/technology or a comparable subject Found experience in the analysis, documentation, coordination and translation of business requirements in functional and non-functional requirements, ideally in the context of the development of software solutions for construction and infrastructure projects (e.g. for data exchange and collaboration platforms) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Travel readiness (on average up to two days a week, national and international) Confidence with agile project management methods and digital tools in software development Independent and structured way of working with safe, sympathetic appearance and the ability to communicate complex facts clearly and understandably Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, cooperative working and enjoyment of work to efficiently drive projects in the team
