You regularly deal with new developments in the law of surrender and the current case law as well as individual questions and develop practice-oriented strategies for legal implementation. The award procedures are processed via the electronic award platform.

You have one of the following qualifications: career skills for the upscale non-technical administration service; or a completed study, ideally in the field of law, civil engineering, economic engineering, economic law or in the business sector; or Completion as an administrative specialist*in or the employee examination II with professional experience in the senior service.

You have an interest in the procurement sector, have already gained first experience with it and are confident in the application of computer programs. In addition, you have experience in dealing with laws, regulations, comments and case law, preferably in procurement and civil contract law. You convince by your structured way of working, your safe and friendly appearance and your good communication and team skills.
