Change Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the company's development, you accompany change processes – from the first analysis of the data subject to communication and participation planning to the sustainable anchoring in everyday work. In close cooperation with management, specialist departments, executives and the works council, you can accept innovations and transfer them to the work of the office and the construction site. Together with the company development team, you develop communication, training and skills concepts and implement them in particular in digitization and ERP projects. You work with varied transformation projects and introduce your own ideas as well as a subtle feeling for people and organizations. You measure the progress of the change, get feedback and take concrete measures to strengthen acceptance and effectiveness.

You have a successfully completed study of psychology, social sciences or communication sciences, economics or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded experience in change management and know common methods and models of change management. Your strong communication strength, empathy, and moderation skills are yours. You convince by your safe appearance towards different target groups, from the construction site to the management. You bring experience in the design and implementation of workshops, training and communication formats. You bring very good German and good English skills and are sure to deal with MS Office.
