• First experiences as Hausmeister, Haushandwerker or Tischler
• Knowledge of Maintenance and repair of building technology
• Experience in handling tools and repair equipment
• Understanding electrical, sanitary and mechanical systems
• Basic Computer knowledge for monitoring technical installations
• knowledge of building automation and control systems
• Impressed problem-solving capability and decision-making
• High attention for details and accuracy
• Organization strength in the planning of maintenance work
• Communication ability in dealing with residents and teammates
• Flexibility and Accessibility for changing tasks

• Faire Compensation from 18.00 € per hour on the standardised fee - incl. possible surcharges
