Personalsachbearbeiter - Personio / Excel / Payroll / Onboard (m/f/d)

We are a large well-known service company in the field of receivable management based in Hamburg. With around 250 employees, we work for companies from many industries, including telecommunications, shipping, banks and insurance companies.

You manage and maintain master data in our internal systems (including HRM and time recording systems) including on- and off-boarding You regularly create and update evaluations, reports and overviews You accept the creation of documents after submission (including serial letters, certificates or certificates) and general correspondence You prepare the monthly wage and salary bill You support HR projects, especially in digitization You work trustfully with the works council You are not responsible for personnel

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (e.g. a degree with a focus on staff)

You use MS Office (especially Excel) routined and ideally bring knowledge to personio You have good legal knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law You work independently, systematically and solution-oriented You bring a positive mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality with
