Specialist Credit and Receivables Management (m/f/d)

Supporting the area of receivable management for associated customers, including dunning and clarification of open items. Ensuring the correct handling of debitor accounting and punctual implementation of receivables. Negotiations with customers to settle overdue payments and clarify differences. Monitoring of customer accounts, credit limits and carrying out risk assessments including Decision on creditworthiness and payment conditions. Creation of reports, analyses and special evaluations (e.g. Aging structure, Credit Cost, DSO). Maintenance of master data and preparation of legal steps for unpaid claims. Cooperation with internal and external contact persons for process optimization. Participation in transnational projects and creation of management reports.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in receivable management, credit collection or financial sector. Secure handling of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel). Impressed communication and negotiation skills and problem-solving competence. Organisational skills and team skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
