You are responsible for the management of the cleaning of the service company and ensure a timely, qualitatively and quantitatively correct performance. You lead the pre-workers and take over the personnel deployment planning with schedule design, define working methods and regulate holiday planning. You plan and conduct quality controls and monitor compliance with the Infection Protection Act, the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the relevant regulations in your area, and the hygiene and disinfection plan. You monitor the workflows, divide the areas of pre-workers and take over the incorporation and further training of new employees. The cooperation with external service providers, the personnel disposition, monitoring and planning of special operations, material management and purchase round off your range of tasks. Ensuring safety and cleanliness, determination of material requirements and ordering, monitoring of consumption, monitoring of dressing regulations according to the hygiene plan, checking the use of cleaning agents, working equipment and storage rooms. In addition to organizational tasks, you can carry out daily power or Maintenance cleaning.

Your dedication – that’s what you’re saying: You have completed vocational training and/or a further education on the state-tested (m/w/d). Prior knowledge preferably from the specialist area of the domestic management, building cleaning or crafts. You have completed training, further education and training in accordance with the task profile. Good MS Office knowledge. You were able to gain leadership experience in responsible position in the cleaning of buildings. Experience in the monitoring and compliance of hygiene plans and their active implementation, as well as PC skills and experience in service planning. New structures and processes do not scare you. You are stressful and understand this as a chance to develop in person. Organisational skill, self-employment and a high degree of sense of responsibility complete your profile. Legally relevant provisions in your field are known to you. You communicate safely in German orally and in writing and master at least one other European language. Engagement, flexibility and service orientation are also your strengths.
