• You take over the operational management of a team at the Warehouse.

• They are responsible for the proper implementation of the defined processes in the warehouse.

• They carry out daily mission meeting with the layer manager from the warehouse.

• The enforcement of order and cleanliness within a warehouse area is another task in the activity as a team coordinator.

• You recognize optimization and improvement potentials of the processes and implement them.

• They monitor the proper handling of employees with the technical resources used (e.g. forklift trucks, speed runners).

• You have a successfully completed vocational training, in the best case as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics.

• Ideally, you will bring relevant operational experience in the warehouse.

• First experience in personnel management is desirable.
