In our People Development team you will get valuable insights into the personal development of a medium-sized investment house. Work independently in the day-to-day business and simultaneously collect experiences in strategic development projects.

Above all, you expect the following tasks: Support in the planning, organisation and follow-up of training, workshops and development measures Working with the administration and care of learning & development processes as well as relevant systems Support in the creation of presentations and communication measures Maintenance, evaluation and preparation of training and subscriber data Participation in talent and development programmes for employees and managers Support in the optimization and digitization of People Development Processes

You complete a degree with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, business management, education management or a comparable discipline You have already gained first practical experience in the field of learning & development, human resources development or HR You are interested in modern learning formats, talent development and current HR trends You work independently, structured and bring a high service orientation With confidential information, you are responsible and discreet You have good knowledge of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, Excel and teams Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
