As Area Sales Manager North America (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the development of sales in North America and in the field of process engineering in parts of Europe and actively shape the development of new customer relationships and the development of exciting markets. Engagedly, our customers support you from individual offerings and technical development to the successful implementation of our innovative production facilities. With an analytical view, you carry out feasibility analyses and introduce new impulses into lead generation to continuously expand our customer portfolio. With fresh ideas and entrepreneurial sense, you actively contribute to the development of new business models and enrich our innovation portfolio in a sustainable manner. Existing customer relationships nurs you with heart blood, build new contacts and are there for our customers as a reliable contact person even after the sale.

Through your sales experience – ideally in mechanical engineering, process engineering or in the food industry – you have a strong sense of customer needs and know how to excite markets. Their basis is a technical training, complemented by commercial know-how – preferably in mechanical engineering, in process engineering or in the dairy industry. Technical understanding and practical experience with manufacturing processes of end products make you a competent contact for our customers. When handling CRM systems, you feel safe; Experiences with SAP Cloud for Customer are a real plus. With your convincing, partnership-based communication, you can always meet interlocutors from a wide range of levels – of course also in English. In addition, a travel activity of around 30% in North America and parts of Europe makes you really enjoy.
