Project Management for the Projects Appropriate / Legal Acquisition / Area Security over all Project Phases (Planning, Approval, Execution to Construction) Structured planning, control and control of fair performance within network expansion and energy projects (e.g. power grids, solar and wind farms) Coordination and control of the collection of necessary agreements and rights, including management, funeral, route and special use contracts, including time, cost and quality tracking Stakeholder management and communication management towards owners:inside, operators:inside, beneficiaries, associations and authorities (including preparation, moderation and refurbishment of votes) Project-side control and quality assurance of area proofing, acceptances and documentation Control and quality assurance of damage determination and compensation calculation (flur/growth, harvest and usage failures) in compliance with technical and legal requirements Participation in the control of regulatory procedures in the context of unfairness (e.g. duly informed arrangements, ownership/disposal procedures) by coordination of the assignment, appointment tracking and interface management Implementation of a continuous quality, risk and change management in the Wejust/Flächensicherung work package as well as document steering and Lessons Learned

Completed studies in agriculture, agricultural engineering, forestry or comparable qualifications As an alternative: relevant practice in the agricultural environment as well as detectable experience in the negotiation and safeguarding of management and usage rights (fair safety). Knowledge in the fields of agriculture, plant construction, business management and area assessment Ideally experience with land use, land assessment, damage determination and the derivation of compensation approaches Safe handling of MS Office Safe handling of GIS systems, ideally QGIS Predictive, analytical and strategic thinking and a structured and conscientious way of working Safe appearance, communication strength and negotiation skills – even in challenging conversation situations Ability to present and conduct meetings with many participants Very good German knowledge (min. C2-level) in word and writing are necessary Driving licence Class B and willingness to project-related missions
