The group is embedded in a development department that at Zeiss SMT develops the in-house measuring and manufacturing machines, which are a high degree of self-development. These machines can be found along the entire production value flow for our lithography optics. You enable the adjustment and qualification of complete optical systems and the measurement of the components up to the sub-nanometer level.

Working with a variety of high-tech projects at a technical key position in a development driven by the semiconductor roadmap

You have a very good degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering or a comparable discipline

You have a strong technical understanding of complex mechatronic relationships and are able to implement and evaluate the in simplified analytical models and can derive from this a durable design design

You have at least 10 years of experience in the design design of machinery and equipment, of which 4 years as a system designer

You have a safe and friendly appearance, as well as a very good communication and enforcement capability

You have a high level of teamwork and self-motivation combined with a targeted, independent and structured way of working

You have knowledge of English and German in word and writing
