HVAC Operations Technician (m/f/d)

As an operating engineer HKLS (m/w/d), you are responsible for the regular control, inspection and assurance of the operation of our building and supply systems. You carry out daily system checks and check setting values in the areas of ventilation, cold, heating and sanitary at our industrial location Your area of responsibility includes the regular filling of biocides and inhibitors as well as the removal of water samples from our cooling systems You always keep in mind the timely procurement of equipment. You ensure trouble-free and legally compliant plant operation and control interference processes. The management and control of our partner companies used are also part of your responsibility. You accompany, monitor and take maintenance, testing and repair measures.

Successfully completed training in the area of heating, sanitary, cold or ventilation technology Multiannual professional experience in the management of technical installations of building technology Knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) Good knowledge of operator responsibility and relevant regulations Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems High commitment, flexibility and team capability Embossed communication strength and a structured, independent and analytical way Willingness to participate in readiness
