You support the planning and organization of modern gastronomic processes You work in digital goods management and purchasing control You support the operational implementation of catering and food concepts In process optimization, you’ll see the entire value chain You support data management and analysis in the goods management system You work in the daily business of the manufacture and event logistics

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
