Team Leader Production – Filling Division (m/f/d)

Discipline leadership, development and motivation of a team in the 3 layer system Ensuring personnel deployment planning including holiday and representation regulations Planning and provision of resources (persons, resources) Monitoring of team targets and relevant key figures (KPI) Organisation and management of team meetings, shift start discussions and shift transfer Ensuring all hygiene, safety, quality, HACCP and LEAN requirements Close cooperation with upstream and downstream departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods Active participation of continuous improvement (CVP) of processes and processes

Complete training in the food sector or a relevant technical environment Ideally advanced training such as fruit juice masters, brew masters, dairy masters or beverage technology 3–5 years of professional experience in production, ideally in food production First leadership experience and strong leadership skills Technical understanding of production plants Secure handling of MS Office and SAP; Experience with MES of advantage ready for shift and weekend work as well as seasonal work Self-employed, structured working and the ability to critically question processes Good knowledge of German in word and writing
