The State Building Office Amberg-Sulzbach plans and implements modern and sustainable road and civil engineering projects in the interest of a modern infrastructure. Construction measures for the Free State of Bavaria as well as civil and military construction projects of the Federal Government and the gas forces at the Grafenwöhr military practice site are implemented in the building. In road and bridge construction, it implements construction measures of the state of Bavaria, the federal state and the district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab. In order to strengthen our team, we will soon be looking for several employees with a completed university degree in the course of Civil Engineering or state-tested Bautechniker (m/w/d) for use in the field of road construction. Tasks include: Project management, project management and project planning: e.g. determination, specification and monitoring of dates, costs and quality Plausibility check of design and execution planning Participation in the award and settlement of contracts according to VOB Decrease and billing of construction and engineering services Work in an interdisciplinary project team Communication, negotiation, support and coordination of all stakeholders

The following conditions should be met: Graduate degree (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) from the Department of Civil Engineering or as a State-certified Bautechniker (m/w/d) Experience in the field of road construction or bridge construction Experience in project management Decision and planning competence Self-initiative, self-employment and awareness of responsibility Motivation, performance and team skills Safe occurrence and negotiation skills EDV knowledge in common office applications High communication capability Good written and oral printability in German (Language level C2 to GER / CEFR) Basic knowledge of English Class B driving licence
