The Administration KRITIS Unit: The BBK's N.II Unit Group deals with all the issues relating to the protection of critical infrastructures. The unit N.II.6 takes over all administrative tasks arising in this context. The area of responsibility extends from the clarification of topical legal issues, to the monitoring of all budgetary matters for infrastructure protection. A further focus is on all administrative tasks relating to the implementation of the new KRITIS Dachgesetz. These include, for example, the creation and dispatch of notifications or the monitoring of fines. In addition, the unit takes over the internal controlling for the entire unit group.

Leadership - You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the currently 10 employees in the unit, promote cooperation and ensure a targeted operation. In doing so, you are responsible for planning tasks, ensuring the quality of the unit results and ensuring effective and efficient use of resources. Further development - you will ensure the future-oriented development of the unit, taking into account the strategic objectives of the BBK, driving innovative ideas and processes and ensuring that changes are implemented successfully and sustainably. Specialist work - You are working on outstanding administrative tasks for infrastructure protection and are advising higher levels of leadership and, in some cases, the Federal Ministry of the Interior. A successfully completed academic degree (Master, University Diploma) e.g. Public Administration/Public Management, Administration, Economics or Policies, Disaster Care and Management or you are a full legal expert (with a total number of first and second legal state exams of at least 13 points). Alternatively, you have a career capability for the higher non-technical service. Practical experience in the application of public law and in dealing with regulatory voting processes (e.g. at federal, state or municipal level).
