Electrical Design Engineer - EPLAN P8 / Automation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the hardware design for our belt systems and special machines – from the design with EPLAN Electric P8 to the creation of the complete electrotechnical documentation You plan and dimension industrial networks (PROFINET/Industrial Ethernet) and select the appropriate drive and automation technology You accompany the entire project cycle technically, support the control cabinet construction as well as the assembly and are here during commissioning (FAT/SAT) You analyze existing plants and implement independent retrofit and modernization projects to increase their efficiency and safety. You will help shape the future of our standards by continuously developing our EPLAN macros and project planning templates As an important interface, you work closely with colleagues from software development, visualization and project management.

You have a completed training, training or studies in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification You have at least 2 years of experience in hardware design with EPLAN Electric P8 You have knowledge of machine and plant engineering and are safe to use electrical standards and guidelines You have experience with Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500, ET200, SINAMICS and PROFINET You know Industrial Ethernet and Network Technology You work structured, independent and solution-oriented, bringing together team skills, initiative and awareness of responsibility You are ready for occasional national and international missions and have a class B licence
