SLA- & KPI management: definition, negotiation and continuous monitoring of service level agreements to ensure service quality. Provider control: Active management of external service providers, including contract monitoring, performance tracking and escalation management. Process control according to ITIL: Ensuring standardized ITSM processes (incident, problem and change management) using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow. Operational IT management: monitoring of IT infrastructure (cloud, server, network) and implementation and monitoring of necessary security measures. Stakeholder communication: central interface between departments, IT teams and external partners for structured information processing.

Your experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT service management. Applicable certifications such as ITIL-Foundation desirable. Your technical basis: basic knowledge in modern IT infrastructure (virtualization, cloud services, storage solutions and networks). Your control competence: Detegratable practice in Vendor management as well as in the application of ITSM frameworks and tools. Your strengths: Embossed negotiation security, communication strength at all stakeholder levels as well as a high degree of self-organisation, high resilience. Your safety focus: ability to translate compliance and security requirements into operational service processes and to monitor their compliance.
