ServiceNow Application Manager (m/f/d)

Operational responsibility for the stable and efficient operation of ServiceNow applications Control and control of external service providers including ensuring agreed service levels Coordination of updates, releases and security patches as well as execution of configurations and adjustments Analysis and prioritization of technical requirements in close coordination with the departments Monitoring, Incident and Problem Coordination incl. Ready to call (24/7) for defined services Budget, license and resource management as well as creation and maintenance of documentation and support documents

Complete training as a specialist informatics or studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification in IT Found experience in application management, ideally in the ServiceNow environment Knowledge of IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL) Experience in managing external service providers and in SLA management Structured, solution-oriented operation with high service orientation Impressed communication skills and cooperation with different stakeholders Very good German and good English skills
