a completed study of social work, social education, pedagogy, educational sciences or a comparable educational subject Professional experience in child and youth assistance, ideally in the stationary area sound knowledge in SGB VIII Responsibility, decision-making and organisational strength independent, structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence towards youth offices, employees and network partners:inside Empathy, resilience and professional delimitation Teamability, reflectivity and reliability safe handling of digital tools driving licence class B
