Digital Services Clerk (m/f/d)

In this job, you are a contact person and expert for all questions about our digital services, both for our customers and for our employees. In addition to correspondence with home administrations and tenants, you will enter our data exchange (DTA) applications, the handicraft portals used by our customers, the electronic billing and our BRUNATA online portal. For our application development, you are a contact person and interface with the IT-side requirements for all our digital services. You are regularly in contact with providers and users of various external portals and housing software. With customer support, you can support all our departments effectively and your active participation is also required in various projects.

You have a successfully completed commercial and/or technical training. If you already have knowledge of heating and operating costs – the better! You convince by your customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude. Your behaviour is characterised by openness, team spirit and social competence. Clear and target-group-oriented communication and an independent and structured way of working characterise you. You have a good understanding of numbers, are ready to learn and capable of learning. You can quickly work into new topics, think with and make your own suggestions. Not only do you see problems, but you will find the right solutions. You are routined in dealing with various software applications and has very good PC skills. To convey technical content is easy for you. Your working methods are conceptual and structured and your expressiveness in word and writing is good.
