Instructor Industrial Mechanic / Dual Students Mechanical Engineering - Part-time / limited to 2 years (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the management, planning, further development and implementation of our industrial mechanics and dual students in the field of mechanical engineering As an instructor (m/w/d), you will guide the trainees and dual students according to the training framework plan, take over the evaluation and conduct funding, development and feedback talks Your duties include participation in training, career and career fairs as well as cooperation with educational institutions You work in capacity planning and the selection of new trainees and dual students. You are also responsible for the organisation and implementation of individual projects (Junior company, future day, day of training, excursions, school projects, workshops etc.) In addition, care for pupils as part of internships or business visits is part of your task You are responsible for compliance with occupational and accident protection in your training area The body is limited to 2 years and is to be occupied part-time.

You have completed technical training or a degree with a focus on mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering with Ideally, you have successfully completed the training certificate (AEVO) You ideally have experience in dealing with trainees, dual students and students You have already been able to demonstrate a strong team capacity and social competence several times You convince your environment through very good organizational skills combined with high self-initiative and enforcement ability You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing You will enjoy occasional regional missions
