Do you want to gain experience in real estate assessment, handling ESG topics in real estate during your studies and contribute to the simplification of the workflow of evaluation processes? The Lending & Financing team “Real Estate Valuation (DOP2RV)” is responsible for the risk assessment, valuation and assessment of the sustainability of real estate in the financing processes. Real Estate Valuation supports real estate financing experts to make efficient and effective credit decisions and thus contributes as a key component to the success of the real estate financing business within UniCredit.

Position type: Full-time You support us in project work, especially in the development of a new order management. You develop dashboards for data visualization. You are responsible for developing our internal wiki of information. You will gain insight into a modern and flexible property assessment tool and the associated data structure. You support the team in the research and compilation of relevant assessment documents as well as in research, preparation and determination of evaluation parameters and thus contribute to an effective workflow.
