Clerk Small Loan Valuation for our existing business Credit – Bank / Savings Bank (m/f/d)

This task connects the office work with inspection appointments on site, from which the findings at the customer enter the work. Your job – how to shape our future: Area of expertise: You carry out viewing appointments, for example, of condominiums and single-family houses within our business area (including their preparation and verification of the required documents), take over the creation of valuations and set the loan value. Also answer questions from our consultants. Depending on the work situation and work distribution, you also commission external service providers for visits to the customer. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification: You have a bank-based training, have experience in credit processing and in property processing. Certificates and certificates (possibly to HypZert) would be desirable. Mobility: You want to see customer appointments on site within our business area. Technical know-how: For hybrid forms of cooperation in presence and from the Mobile Office you are open. Experiences with Skype or Webex are helpful. Ideally, you are familiar with OSPlus as well as with MS Office (especially in Outlook). Personal characteristics: You are open to new topics and are happy to learn about them.
