Support for administrative tasks along the entire employee life cycle, from entry to exit Creation, maintenance and management of personal documents and documents as well as maintenance of digital personal files Support for personal changes and in cooperation with our external payroll service provider Processing of employee requests, support of the team in the daily business Management and organisation of various personal processes, such as Benefits, personnel development Creation, maintenance and further development of HR evaluations, reports and key figures (HR-KPIs) Support in the analysis of personal data and preparation of decision bases for HR management Working with the optimization and further digitization of HR processes

You are an immatricated student (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), ideally in the fields of business, business psychology, human resources management, data analytics or a comparable degree program You are interested in HR topics and want to get to know both operational personnel work and strategic HR projects You work structured, carefully and keep track of administrative tasks Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the HR field, also in project management Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel; Experiences with HR systems or BI tools are advantageous You are responsibly revolving with sensitive data and drawing yourself through reliability and discretion Communication strength, team skills and independent working processes complete your profile We place particular emphasis on the individuality and personality of each individual.
