Your tasks will be:

• Implementation of single and group coaching
• Planning, preparation and implementation of workshops, group offers and information events including the design, development and development of appropriate training documents and work materials.
• Promoting and developing personal, social and labour market-related key competencies
• support in the identification, reduction and elimination of individual obstacles to mediation through individual consultation, activating measures and the development of personal solutions
• support in addressing personal, social and everyday problems, including crisis intervention, as well as promoting the autonomy and use of existing support and social assistance systems
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with non-profit organisations, consultancy agencies, associations, associations and other network partners
• Cooperation with internal and external cooperation partners, in particular addiction, debtor, family and migration advisory bodies and other social services
• Support for the recognition of foreign school, vocational and academic degrees
• Conducting regular consultation and consulting services
• Creation, updating and documentation of individual funding and integration plans as well as action-related documentation and reporting according to the client's specifications.

Following knowledge and qualification requirements we ask you:

Qualification

• Complete study of social education, social work, medical education, rehabilitation education or special education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master)

• At least one year of professional experience with the target group of unemployed people within the last five years
• Experience in social pedagogical counselling and accompaniment of adults
• Experience in crisis intervention and dealing with complex problems
• experience in cooperation with authorities, consultancy agencies and social network partners
• knowledge of the regional aid system and labour market-related support offers are desirable
