OPS Manager Shell Recharge (m/w/d)

Operations Implementation and further development of strategies for improving CSR, performance of the charging column and customer satisfaction in the Shell Recharge network in Germany Building and promoting a powerful, collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the operational targets Central response for the German market in terms of operating KPIs, performance reporting and continuous improvement programs within Shell Recharge Control and development of processes for site compliance and audits Head of Regular Operational and Performance Review Meetings for the Shell Recharge Network in Germany High flexibility in the task cut, adapted to the further development of the shell recharge network and the organization Commissioning Total responsibility for the end-to-end process of commissioning, re-starting and dismantling of EV charging points in the Shell Recharge network in Germany Ensuring the timely, budget-compliant and high-quality implementation of all commissioning projects Continuous optimization of the EPCM and FMC delivery models to ensure a high first-time-view rate during commissioning Partner & Support Management Close cooperation with the global team to ensure high-quality and market-relevant support for the Shell Recharge network Level 2 customer support (Germany) for Shell Recharge for efficient handling of faults and customer requests around EV charging points Proactive control of triage processes and causes analyses in cooperation with internal teams and external partners (EPCM/FMC) Structured escalation of level 3 support cases and coordination of all relevant stakeholders

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial informatics, industrial engineering, BWL or a comparable technical or technical field Multiannual professional experience in the operating, operating or project environment of technical infrastructures, ideally in the e-mobility, energy or gas station industry Found basic understanding of charging infrastructure and operating processes in the CPO and MSP environment Experience in (technical) project management, in particular in rollout, commissioning or operation of complex systems Knowledge of backend architectures and relevant interfaces (e.g. API, OCPP, OCPI) as well as interest in working with technical data flows Experience in the analysis of technical operating data and key figures (e.g. uptime, SLAs, fault causes), ideally with high number and KPI affinity Basic energy knowledge, such as electricity costs, tariff and accounting models or market-related regulatory requirements Experience in cooperation with external service providers, OEMs and partners and willingness to take on operational and professional responsibility Structured, process-oriented and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced analytical thinking Very good communication capability, safe occurrence compared to different stakeholders and pronounced problem-solving competence
