The Linimed Group is an outpatient health service provider with the areas of domestic care, cared for housing and extraclinical intensive care and ventilation.

For our location in Erfurt we are looking for a specialist department management (m/w/d).

Your task:

• In dealing with your fellow human beings, you will find the right words – you guide the care team in the sense of the employees, patients and the company and accompany new employees
• The quality of work is particularly important to you – you are responsible for ensuring the quality of care under technical, legal and economic aspects and for implementing our quality guidelines in a conscientious manner.
• Organization is in your blood - you take over both the planning and implementation of the service plans and other organizational activities in the office
• You are with passion care professional – In addition to the tasks as leadership, you continue to work on the basis and take care of the patient according to SGB V and SGB XI

Qualifications, experiences and personality you bring:

• Completed training in nursing e.g. as examinated nurse / nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver / nursing caregiver
• Knowledge in regulation management
• Mind. 1 year experience in outpatient care
• First experience as leadership
• Efficient, structured and independent working
• Embossed communication skills and sensitivity
• Reliability and team capability
• Very good organizational skills
• Joy of running a team
