You support process and project management in the field of Konrad, in particular in the process modeling and further development of the process landscape You take over the personal controlling and management, including plan/actual comparisons, testing of personnel requirements, administrative control You work in management support for department management including preparation of decision bases, presentations, reports and representation of the secretariat You take over the coordination of appointments including pre- and post-processing as well as structured documentation The takeover of special and cross-sectional tasks, among others, participation in cost planning and reporting, is also one of your tasks

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree You have several years of professional experience in the processing of assistance tasks, in particular with reference to the project/process management of technical projects You have very good knowledge in project/process management, very good technical understanding, organization management, as well as the MS Office standard programs - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook You are convinced with a strong communication, conflict and enforcement capability by your independent, targeted and conscientious working with a high level of responsibility, readiness to use and loadability by the ability to understand complex facts in a short time and to render them understandable
