Operations Manager (m/f/d)

• Come on board and take over the overall responsibility for operational and economic operations – including control of processes, resources, machinery and fleet. • Take care of new and existing customers, process alerts, create quotations and conduct order negotiations. • Conduct and develop a team of 10 employees – including operational planning and professional and disciplinary responsibility. • Control cost control, recalculation and budget monitoring and work closely with internal interfaces and management.

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training. An additional training (e.g. technician, master, farmer) would be advantageous. • Ideally you bring a multi-year professional experience e.g. in civil engineering, piping construction, construction, environmental engineering, SHK or supply technology. • You are responsible, enforceable and decision-making – and have the heart at the right spot. • As a structured and at the same time acquiring personality, you not only keep an overview, but you can also easily work with your team.
